What is DayZ Epoch?
DayZ Epoch is a popular open-source mod for ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead. It layers base building, trading, a currency economy, and vehicles on top of the DayZ survival mod. Server owners self-host it and customise loot tables, traders, AI missions, and BattlEye security to make each server their own.
Which Epoch version do these guides target?
Everything here is written for DayZ Epoch 1.0.7.1, the most widely run release. File paths and config formats are broadly similar on earlier 1.0.6.x versions, but always diff against your own server's files before applying changes.
How do I stop players being kicked by BattlEye?
